Happy New Year !

It's been a while since I have posted.  I have been sick and very busy at work.  Anyway, the Christmas season has been jam-packed as usual.  Aidan marched in the Streetsville Santa Claus Parade with his Cub group this year, which was exciting.  We got Maya's picture with Santa - and a really good looking one at that.  Aidan decided he was too old for a picture with Santa.  I did get a nice photo of the two of them together in their Christmas outfits for our Christmas card this year.  Unfortunately, Black's didn't print the quantity we wanted so only a few people ended up receiving them.

I attended Maya's class Christmas party and got to meet some more of her friends.  We also saw Aidan's Christmas skit - a spoof on Gangdam style, which was fun.  However, Aidan was not feeling very well that night and was also in the back row.  So I don't have any good photos to share.

We celebrated Christmas in Mississauga this year.  Aidan received an iPad from Santa - and was thrilled (who wouldn't be?!).  He has been lobbying hard for an Apple product and knows the specs on many of the products. Maya also got a toy tablet and a very cute flippin' Minnie Mouse kitchen.  She likes to play restaurant so the kitchen will come in handy. 

Mike's parents visited us for a week after Christmas, which the children enjoyed.  It also snowed a lot and we were able to get out and do some sledding.  Below are a few snaps from the last 6 weeks of so......
