Last week, we celebrated Valentine's day by decorating some cupcakes. The kids also got some homemade chocolate treats. Here's Aidan starting to frost the cupcakes

Dad helped too
The finished product

Later the kids got their Valentine baskets. When Aidan was young and couldn't have any candy or chocolate due to his allergies we started a tradition of non-edible treats. Now we do both.

Maya liked her monkey, book, and stickers and her chocolate heart!

Aidan was happy with his two chocolate hearts, some Maynard's candy, a toy motorcycle and a bookmark

My mom liked her chocolates too!

Maya dives into her heart - mmmmm!
